Sugar Snap Peas

I highly recommend trying snap peas if you haven't yet. They have a fresh flavor and are sweeter than other types of peas. They differ from snow peas, which are flatter, less crunchy, and usually used in stir-fries. Sugar snap peas are essential to almost every meal in the spring and summer, and there are numerous dishes that can only be enhanced with these peas. They are also incredibly easy to prepare. As it's grill season in the spring, we love to grill almost everything, which means spending time outdoors. We don't want to spend a lot of time cooking inside if we don't have to. This recipe is perfect for those days. You can quickly prepare it while your steak is resting.
Check Out How Easy This Is:
The hardest part of this recipe is snapping off the ends of the sugar snap peas, and this isn’t hard to do. I highly recommend taking the time to do so, for it makes a significant difference in the quality of the dish. When the ends are snapped off, a thin, fibrous strip that runs along the length of the pod is also removed. This strip, which is commonly referred to as the "string", can be tough and unpleasant to eat when left intact. By removing it, you ensure that the peas are tender and delicious and that every bite is a pleasure to savor.

This sugar snap pea recipe is so fresh and is a perfect summer dish. I also like making this same recipe and adding Asparagus. . .So good!!!
