Ingredients

  • 2 Jalapeño Peppers 
  • 4 Slices Bacon
  • 1 Ounce Cheddar Cheese Grated or shredded
  • 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
  • 4 Toothpicks
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Cut peppers lengthwise

  • Remove the white center of the peppers.

  • In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and grated cheddar cheese.

  • Fill each pepper half with 1/2 Tablespoon of the cheese mixture.
