- ½ Cup Onion - Chopped
- 1 Large Carrot (⅔ cup of shredded carrot)
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Lemongrass Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce (Light Soy Sauce can substitute regular Soy Sauce)
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro
- 1 Pound Ground Turkey
Shred carrot, finely chop onion, chop garlic, chop ginger. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together onion, carrot, garlic, lemongrass paste, ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, cilantro, and ground turkey.
Form turkey mixture into meatballs. Makes about 20 Meatballs
Air Fry - Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with cooking spray.Place the meatballs in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 7 minutes.Flip meatballs and cook for an additional 7 minutes at 400 degrees.Use a meat thermometer to make sure the meatballs are entirely cooked through If Baking in Oven: Place Meatballs on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Flip the meatballs and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the meatballs are entirely cooked through. You can use a meat thermometer to test the internal temperature of the meatball.
