Ingredients

  • 1 Large Head of Broccoli
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Sliced

Instructions

  • Wash the broccoli and cut into bite-size pieces

  • Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Add 1/2 Tablespoon of salt. Add the broccoli to the boiling water.

  • Blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes. Strain immediately
  • Slice garlic into slivers or use a garlic press.
    4 Cloves Garlic
  • Heat olive oil in a sauté pan
    1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Add the garlic to the olive oil. Cook for 30 seconds to one minute.
  • Toss the blanched broccoli with garlic for a couple of minutes. Add the salt to taste.
  • Serve and Enjoy!!!
