- 3 Pounds Ground Turkey
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Onions
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Cumin
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Scorpion Peppers Can also use habanero or ghost peppers.  Leave peppers out if making a mild version
- Mix together the spices (Minced Onions, Garlic Powder, Cumin, Salt, and Black Pepper). Preheat the Oven to 400 degrees 
- Finley chop the scorpion pepper in a food processor  
- Mix the spices and the chopped scorpion pepper with the ground turkey 
- Form the meatballs into bite-size balls and place them on a cookie sheet 
- Bake the meatballs for 20 to 25 minutes until they are done all the way through 
- Serve with your favorite sauce.  We use ranch dressing with some blue cheese  chunks mixed into the dressing
